We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative in Jacksonville, Florida, 32256. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
JOB SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Representative works in a Business to Business (B2B) sales environment that strengthens the existing customer base to build superior sales relationships and actively prospects to develop new customers. This role has an in-depth role in the selling process including sales quotes, process purchase orders, coordinate shipping; and generate invoices.
Responsibilities
· The role requires making outbound calls to customers and prospects.
· Quotes prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
· PO processing.
· Grow customer sales/ relations.
· Do the pick ticket & shipping schedules.
· Logistic support and backup as needed.
· Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Energetic and professional attitude with a high level of integrity
Qualifications
· Detail oriented and highly organized with a developed customer focused sales personality.
· Associate or College degree desired.
· Minimum 1 year of experience B2B inside sales, customer service experience (inbound / outbound, telemarketing preferred); strong interpersonal skills are required.
· Advanced MS Office skills.
· Superior customer services skills, always focusing on the customer.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Prior experience in sales of commodities and distribution.
· Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
