DESCRIPTION:

The company services small to large scale production needs globally. We are looking for a contemporary and experienced full charge accounting and office administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting AR/AP, invoicing, post contracts, deposits and monthly reconciliation
  • Back logged reconciliation projects
  • Capital & expense asset tracking
  • Reviewing, coding and reconciling credit cards & expense reports
  • Establishing efficient workflow for existing or new processes in order to keep us operating at peak levels
  • Managing the office equipment, supply room and common areas to make sure everything is operating well and looking spiffy
  • Setting up and maintaining processes that will keep you organized, prompt and productive
  • Handling mail, phone calls, general inquiries taking sales orders
  • Coordinating approval and paperwork
  • Stretching yourself professionally by jumping into unfamiliar territory whenever necessary

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 1-2 years of hands on Accounting/Bill Paying
  • Administrative experience
  • Able to handle 5 different hats on any given day
  • Demonstrated competency with other Microsoft Office tools
  • Passionate about making deadlines
