CABINETRY- DESIGNER | SALES - Direct hire

Jacksonville, FL 32207 | Full-Time | $40,000-$65,000 a year + commission | Work Schedule: Monday to Friday| From 8:00AM to 5:00PM

We are hiring the CABINETRY- DESIGNER | SALES position in Jacksonville, FL with experience in the industry. Please see below for all essential details and requirements in order to be considered for this position.

• Reports to: Cabinetry Sales and Operations Manager.

JOB SUMMARY

The CABINETRY- DESIGNER | SALES role is primarily responsible for providing accurate designs and maintain or exceed annual sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES AND DESIGN | 50%

• Client Consultations to qualify and understand needs for design.
• Network with builders, remodelers, interior designers to maintain and gain new clients.
• Provide current, functional designs in a timely manner.
• Maintain profit margin goals as established.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals.
• Maintain sales actions on the system for all new leads.

ADMINISTRATION DUTIES | 30%

• Create accurate estimates.
• Scheduling customer appointments, site measures, cabinet receiving, deliveries, installation and punch.
• Keep organized job records from consultation, installation, punch, through job completion.
• Maintain actions on the system to keep jobs progressing through job completion.
• Communicate effectively within the cabinetry division and other departments for job progression.
• Collections - collect balance due on invoices in a timely manner.
• Keep organized expense records to be turned in weekly to S&O Manager.
• Order and verify materials required for jobs.
• Coordinate and have all parts and pieces at jobsite for installation.

FIELD DUTIES | 20%

• Field Measure - provide accurate measurements for design completion.
• Job site punch walk within 2 days of installation completion.
• Oversee Installation and quality control.
• Have job completion forms signed off for invoicing.

EXPECTATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales experience in the industry required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required with a good driving record.
• Ability to work independently and interact with clients.
