CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEAD
Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time | $45,000 - $54,000/Year
SUMMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for managing daily processes relation to customers orders while ensuring customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS
- Onboard orders into the systems.
- Promptly welcome Customer via phone, email, text - set expectations and confirm selections.
- Coordinate information with scheduling.
- Process any revisions promptly and obtain appropriate change orders.
- Conduct team training, fill-in as necessary.
- Assess and improve HC service processes
- Establish rapport with all HC associates.
- Conduct and process trainings virtually with HC associates.
- Receive and resolve Customer complaints.
- Promptly create & submit invoices.
- Regularly monitor SPS to ensure that performance metrics are me
- Demonstrate a curiosity in improvement & innovation
