SUMMMARY OF POSITION

Responsible for managing daily processes relation to customers orders while ensuring customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS

• Onboard orders into the systems.
• Promptly welcome Customer via phone, email, text - set expectations and confirm selections.
• Coordinate information with scheduling.
• Process any revisions promptly and obtain appropriate change orders.
• Conduct team training, fill-in as necessary.
• Assess and improve HC service processes
• Establish rapport with all HC associates.
• Conduct and process trainings virtually with HC associates.
• Receive and resolve Customer complaints.
• Promptly create & submit invoices.
• Regularly monitor SPS to ensure that performance metrics are me
• Demonstrate a curiosity in improvement & innovation
