We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our events run smoothly and that guests have an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for various tasks related to hospitality, catering, and guest services, contributing to the overall success of our events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.
• Serve food and beverages during events, adhering to food safety standards and catering guidelines.
• Support bartending duties as needed, including preparing/pouring/re-filling drinks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain a clean work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in hospitality or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for this role.
• Knowledge of catering practices or bartending is a plus but not required.
