Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Veneer SoundTex Operator. In this role, you will be an integral part of our production process, contributing to the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products. Ideal candidates will have experience in a factory setting and possess mechanical knowledge, allowing them to operate various tools and machinery effectively.

Duties

• Operate and maintain machinery on the assembly line to ensure efficient production.
• Loading and unloading materials into a hot-press to apply sound tex.
• Trim off excess material
• Apply a quality check to material prior to transfer of materials to the next department for ongoing operation
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks and equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment within the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse as needed.

Requirements

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to handle various assembly tasks effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools is essential.
• Warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding material handling processes.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
