OVERVIEW

The Fulfillment Associate is an essential part of the distribution team, getting the products out to the customers and franchises. This role will require you to ensure the products are sent, inventory levels are maintained, and the warehouse and equipment are always ready for the next order.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential job functions include but are not limited to:

• Maintains specific perishable stock levels by rotating stock, pulling according to receiving dates and communicates the monitored levels to the inventory control analyst for reordering purposes.
• Maintains prepackaged inventory levels of perishable products in Units of measure (UM) levels of 1lb., 2lb., 3lb., etc. to enable the filling of distribution orders in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Uphold the general maintenance and cleanliness of the bagging machine to ensure accuracy and minimize cross contamination.
• Assists in receiving inbound shipments verifying for accuracy and damages while performing quality control by inspecting all perishable products received for quality and consistency and promptly notifies appropriate party when an issue arises.
• Assists in receiving and fulfilling distribution orders, and make certain an efficient, streamlined process.
• Assists in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and the inventory according to the scheduled warehouse cleaning rotation.
• Assists warehouse and production teams with additional tasks, when needed.

• Ability to frequently climb ladders and stairs, perform overhead lifting, bending, and stooping.

Physical Requirements to perform the essential functions of this job:

Consistent ability to perform various physical tasks that require continuous standing (8+ hours per day), walking , bending, reaching , squatting, lifting; up to 50 lbs.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks (8+ hours per day). Ability to visually identify products and their characteristics (8+ hours per day). Frequently climb ladders and stairs (3-5 hours per day). Operation of, but not limited to, stocking, picking, inventory, packaging, kitchen, and computer tools and equipment (8+ hours per day).
