JOB SUMMARY

Production Associate, is an integral position within Production and Supply Chain, responsible for preparing and packaging products while ensuring that the company’s product quality standards are met within the designated time frames for delivery.

• Compensation: $14.50/hour.
• 1st Shift (Monday - Friday)
• 7:00AM - 3:30PM

RESPONSIBILITES

• Maintains clean, efficient and organized work area by adhering to the company’s, HACCP, Kosher, Safe Serve and USDA food safety guidelines.
• Maintains adequate inventory supply levels needed to fulfill orders.
• Accurately labels, weighs, and fills various packaging with the required spices, salts, sugars, blends, teas, etc.
• Ability to aid any fulfillment team, as needed.
• Ability to assist Marketing with product and information needed for promotions.
• Fulfills Production orders within the required timeframes.
• Completes electronic Bill of Materials in ERP during completion of production orders.

KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 1-3 years Food Service and/or Production order processing experience, preferred. Entry level will be considered.
• Safe Serve certified after completion of a 90-day probationary period.
• Detail orientated.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Consistent ability to utilize hands and fingers to perform tasks as necessary for job duties, which may include operating machinery, handling materials, or typing (8+ hours per day).
• Consistent capacity for visual acuity to monitor processes, examine materials and labels, and ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Consistently communicate in English utilizing both written and oral methods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
