JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our team at Staffing with Bliss (Voted "Best of Jax" - 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025). The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and excellent communication skills. The Recruiter will play a key role in building a robust talent pipeline at, managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational growth through effective recruitment practices.
COMPENSATION: $45,000 - $55,000 (+ Commission)
MUST BE ABLE & WILLING TO TRAVEL: Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and surrounding areas
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through channels such as social media management, campus recruitment, cold calling, and relationship management.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and internal recruiting roles.
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate qualifications aligned with job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create compelling job descriptions, and develop targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Manage employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations during all stages of the recruitment process.
- Engage in succession planning and training & development initiatives to support organizational talent management goals.
- Maintain active engagement on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for employer branding and candidate outreach efforts.
- Post job orders on job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Website, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles (Required)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to conduct interviews confidently.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance in all hiring activities.
- Familiarity with HR software (Avionte); experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Ability to research market trends for talent acquisition strategies; experience in campus recruitment is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
