COMPENSATION - $17.00/hr

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Handle a high volume of phone calls, utilizing customer service principles and techniques to address inquiries.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
  • Other duties as assigned
