COMPENSATION - $17.00/hr
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Handle a high volume of phone calls, utilizing customer service principles and techniques to address inquiries.
- Effectively manage customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS
- Proven experience in customer support or as a customer service representative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
