Temp to Hire
Our contract to hire program is designed to give our client a specific period of time to “test” our associates. If they pass – the associate can be converted over to our clients’ payroll at no additional cost, as long as the pre-determined number of hours has been fulfilled. Should you decide to bring an employee onto your payroll prior to the completion of required hours, a pro-rated calculation will be provided based on hours already worked and what is remaining.
Direct Hire
We are experts at matching the right people for the right jobs. Services include extensive searches, in-depth interviewing, assessing job-related skills and customized matching techniques. A placement fee is calculated by a percentage of the annual salary. Depending on the level of the search a retainer fee may be required.
