Our contract-to-hire program is tailored to offer a trial period for our associates to demonstrate their competencies to our clients. Upon successful completion of the predetermined hours, if the associate meets the client’s expectations, they can be converted to the client’s payroll without incurring any additional charges. However, if the client decides to hire the associate before the completion of the required hours, a pro-rated calculation will be provided based on the hours already worked and the remaining hours.
