Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, operating machinery, and maintaining safety standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store products in designated areas using a Warehouse Management System.
• Operate various warehouse equipment including CNC Machinery.
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to comply with OSHA regulations.
• Assist in Production
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Fabricate or assemble products as needed based on operational requirements.
• Ability to adapt to change and cross train in all departments and fill in where there is a staff shortage.

Skills

• Proficient in using warehouse management systems for tracking inventory.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and cranes is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks consistently throughout the shift.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team setting.
