JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Voice Picker to join our team. As a Voice Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are picked efficiently and meet quality standards before they are shipped to our customers. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

• Carefully pick products by using the Jennifer voice picking system.
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain an organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with products to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while handling materials.

EXPERIECE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Previous experience voice picking in a distribution environment required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring products as needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
• Experience using an electric pallet jack to pick orders.
