JOB SUMMARY

The Insurance Customer Support will be responsible for deliver exceptional professional service to clients, both existing and new. Please see below for all essential details and requirements in order to be considered for this position:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining a positive, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Quote and issue new business.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the insurance industry
• Agency Management System Proficiency preferred.
• Some knowledge of personal lines insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Products—Word, Excel and Outlook

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITIES

• Ability to quickly learn and navigate online systems
• Ability to professionally handle client interactions via phone, email, text or in person.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow.
• Self-driven to learn and stay updated on the insurance industry and agency needs
• Must be a team player and most of all, you must be organized. You will be required to work with direction as well as work independently.
