Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for a 3PL warehouse team. You'll help our clients by answering questions, solving problems, and making sure their orders are handled smoothly.
Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with the services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Talk with customers by phone or email to answer questions.
- Enter and track orders in our system.
- Help solve delivery or inventory issues.
- Work with the warehouse team to make sure orders are correct and on time.
- Keep records of customer interactions and updates.
- Create simple reports about orders and inventory.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (college is a plus).
- experience (warehouse or logistics is a bonus).
- Good computer skills (Excel, email, order systems).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
Pay range from $19 to $21 an hour.

M-F |8:00am to 5:00pm|
