We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker with Voice Picker experience. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are picked efficiently and meet quality standards before they are shipped to our customers. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Picking orders: Locating and selecting products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using a scanner or other technology.
• Quantity verification: Double-checking the quantity of each item picked against the order details to ensure accuracy.
• Quality inspection: Visually inspecting products for damage or defects before packaging.
• Data entry: Recording any discrepancies or issues found during verification on a system
• Packaging and labeling: Properly packing items into boxes and applying appropriate labels according to shipping instructions
• Operating warehouse equipment: Using pallet jacks or other material handling equipment to move products around the warehouse
• Inventory management: Maintaining accurate stock levels by reporting discrepancies and participating in cycle counts

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Physical stamina to lift and move boxes throughout the shift
• Ability to read and interpret order documents
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and scanning technology
• Basic computer skills for data entry
