Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments of parts for medical device assembly, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse operations. This role requires familiarity with warehouse management systems, shipping & receiving procedures, and equipment such as forklifts. The Receiving Clerk plays a vital role in maintaining efficient stock flow, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring proper packaging and storage of goods.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and supplies.
• Stock inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking items using an ERP system.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile stock levels and identify discrepancies.
• Ensure materials and supplies are readily available for production needs.
• Communicate with internal support to resolve any discrepancies or issues with received materials.

Order Picking and Issuing:

• Review production schedules and pick materials required for assembly or manufacturing processes.
• Issue inventory items to the production team accurately and in a timely manner.
• Accurately pick orders for production, ensuring the correct materials and quantities are selected according to work orders or requisitions.
• Prepare and package materials for production, following specific guidelines and standards.
• Label items appropriately to ensure proper identification and traceability.

Packaging, Labeling, and Shipping:

• Package finished products or components for shipment, adhering to regulations.
• Label packages with accurate shipping information and appropriate documentation.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and ensure compliance.
• Track and document outgoing shipments, maintaining records of delivery and tracking.
