We are seeking a hands-on, motivated Production Manager for Photography Lab to lead our lab team and keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you will oversee daily lab activities, ensure top-quality production, and drive continuous improvement, all while creating a safe and engaging work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and coordinate daily lab operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Encourage cross-training and collaboration to maximize team flexibility, coverage, and professional growth.
• Ensure consistent production output, high-quality results, and timely order fulfillment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.
• Build a positive, trusting work environment through clear communication, guidance, and constructive feedback.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot lab equipment, staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and technology.
• Establish and manage a preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support lab operations and company objectives.
