We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Sub-Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role involves the precise assembly of components used in our medical lighting devices. The ideal candidate will have strong finger dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn new processes. The role requires the ability to read and understand Work Orders and Drawings, as well as reading a tape measure and other precise measurement tools. Proficiency in English reading and writing is required.

• Compensation: From $17.00/hour.
• Shift: 1st (8:00AM - 4:30PM)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday

RESPONSIBILITES

• Assemble medical device sub-components including:
  • Turret assemblies
  • Spring adapters
  • Headbands
  • Pad-printed sheet metal parts

• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions with accuracy.
• Operate basic machinery and pad printing equipment (training provided).
• Use measuring equipment such as calipers and rulers to verify accuracy.
• Work with small components requiring strong manual dexterity and focus.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while meeting quality and production goals.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong attention to detail and fine motor coordination, especially in fingers and thumbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic measuring instruments.
• Machine operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
