The Packer is responsible for accurately packing products, inspecting items for quality, labeling packages, and preparing orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pack products according to company specifications and customer requirements.
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging.
• Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Meet daily production and packing goals.
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to a supervisor.
• Assist with other warehouse and production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, production, or packing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions, including reaching, bending, and lifting.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Fast-paced environment with production deadlines.
• May require overtime and weekend work as needed.
